Pets regulations

Enjoy Your Stay at Our Resort with Your Pet

Our Resort welcomes small dogs and cats, provided they meet the conditions outlined in the regulations (available below). Each pet’s stay must be reported by phone at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in the Resort refusing to accept the animal.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ARRIVAL

  1. Approval for a pet’s stay is granted by the reception, provided the animal meets all the requirements of the regulations.
  2. Pets stay free of charge.
  3. Only domestic animals (dogs and cats up to 5 kg) are allowed on the premises.
  4. A pet’s stay must be reported at the time of booking. If the Resort is not informed in advance, we reserve the right to refuse the animal.
  5. Only healthy pets with a valid health booklet (with up-to-date vaccinations and deworming) are accepted. The Resort may refuse sick animals or those without documentation.
  6. Pets must be kept on a leash and in a muzzle (in the case of dogs), and always under the supervision of the owner or an authorized person, both within the Resort and its surroundings.
  7. Pets are strictly prohibited in areas where meals are served.
  8. Owners are responsible for their pet’s behavior, maintaining silence, and not disturbing other Guests. In the case of repeated complaints, the Resort reserves the right to ask the owner to remove the animal from the premises.
  9. Any damage to Resort property or the property of other Guests caused by a pet will be individually assessed by the Resort Management, and the owner will be financially responsible.
  10. Owners are required to clean up after their pets on the premises and surrounding areas.
    • Dog owners should take their pets outside the Resort area.
    • Cat owners must bring a litter box.
       If this rule is not followed, an additional cleaning fee of 100 PLN per incident may be charged.
  11. Pets must not be left alone in rooms if they disturb other Guests.
  12. Only neutered/spayed cats are accepted.
  13. The Resort reserves the right to refuse animals considered dangerous or aggressive, including reptiles, arachnids, and the following dog breeds: American Pit Bull Terrier, Perro de Presa Mallorquin, American Bulldog, Dogo Argentino, Presa Canario, Tosa, Rottweiler, Akbash Dog, Anatolian Karabash, Moscow Watchdog, Caucasian Shepherd Dog.
  14. Due to the nature of the Resort, we reserve the right to refuse or revoke permission for a pet’s stay if it exhibits aggressive behavior toward people, small children, or other animals staying at the Resort.


During Winter and Summer Holidays, pets are not allowed on the Resort grounds.
