Limba Grand Resort Regulations

1. Rooms are rented by the day.

2. The hotel day begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM on the last day of stay.

3. The duration of the stay is determined when renting the room.

4. If the Guest does not specify the length of stay, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one day.

5. Any request to extend the stay beyond the declared period should be reported by the Guest. In case of an extension without prior arrangement with the reception, the Guest agrees to pay PLN 50 for each additional started hour.

6. The resort may refuse to extend the rental if there are no available rooms or if the room has been previously booked.

7. Breakfast is served between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM.

8. Dinner is served between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

9. Hot drinks such as coffee and tea are available to Guests in the dining room 24/7 without limit.

10. In case of advance booking, a deposit of approximately 30% of the stay cost is required. Accommodation is not guaranteed without a reservation and the payment.

11. Deposits are non-refundable. However, the reservation may be rescheduled once to a different convenient date (subject to availability), provided cancellation is made at least 21 days before the planned arrival.

12. Unused stay time due to late arrival or early departure does not reduce the total payment due.

13. Guests are required to check in immediately upon arrival. To confirm identity, a valid photo ID must be presented at check-in.

14. The wellness area with pool, saunas, and jacuzzi is available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM in the second building.

15. Towels can be rented at the pool for PLN 10 each.

16. The Resort is obliged to ensure:

  • Comfortable and unrestricted rest for Guests.
  • Safety and privacy of Guests.
  • Professional and courteous service.
  • Necessary repairs carried out in the Guest’s absence or, if the Guest prefers, in their presence.

17. Guests should inform the Resort about possessing any valuables on the day of arrival.

18. The Resort is NOT responsible for the loss or damage of items brought in by Guests.

19. The Resort is NOT liable for loss or damage of valuables (money, securities, items of scientific or artistic value).

20. Any damage should be reported to the reception immediately after being discovered.

21. The Resort is not responsible for damage to or loss of cars or other vehicles belonging to Guests, items left inside, or animals, regardless of whether the vehicle was parked on the Resort’s property or outside. The Resort does not reserve parking spaces.

22. The Resort provides a designated ski storage room, but is NOT responsible for the equipment left there.

23. Guests are financially responsible for any damage or destruction to the Resort’s equipment or technical infrastructure caused by them or their visitors.

24. Guests are NOT allowed to transfer their room or bed to another person, even if the paid period has not yet expired.

25. Unregistered persons are NOT allowed to stay in Guest rooms between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

26. Quiet hours are observed in the Resort between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

27. Due to fire safety regulations, the use of personal heating devices, kettles, irons, and similar appliances not part of the room equipment is prohibited. This does not apply to chargers or power adapters for electronics. Smoking tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes, and using open flames are strictly prohibited in rooms and bathrooms. Dangerous items such as firearms, ammunition, flammable or explosive materials must not be stored in rooms. Violation of these rules will result in a contractual penalty of PLN 1000. Triggering a false fire or emergency alarm may result in a fine of PLN 10,000 in addition to covering all related costs.

28. Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the rooms or common areas, except for minor furniture adjustments that do not affect safety or functionality.

29. The Resort may refuse accommodation to any Guest who previously violated the regulations, caused damage, or disturbed the peace or operations of the Resort.

30. For safety, Guests should close water taps, doors, and windows when leaving the room.

31. Upon request, the following services are available:

  • Providing information related to stay and travel.
  • Luggage storage (the reception may refuse to store non-personal or out-of-stay items).
  • Room cleaning and linen change upon request at the reception (extra charge PLN 50 per room).

32. Children under 12 years old may not use the elevator without adult supervision. All users must read the elevator’s internal rules.

33. A lost room key incurs a charge of PLN 50.

34. Guests who violate these regulations will be required to immediately leave the Resort and pay for all services used.

35. According to the Civil Code, items left behind will be stored for one month (at the owner’s expense) unless the Guest provides shipping instructions. After this period, the items become property of the Resort and may be disposed of. Perishable items like food or medication will not be stored.

36. Limba Grand Resort has implemented Child Protection Standards. All employees working with children hired after August 15, 2024, have a clean criminal record certificate.

37. During all events organized at the Resort, a designated guardian must accompany every group of children.

38. A guardian assigned to the group of children must be present during all events and activities held at the Limba Grand Resort.

39. The Resort reserves the right to change the regulations.

These regulations are effective from April 15, 2020, until further notice.
