For the youngest, we have prepared swimming noodles and mats that will make it easier for them to take their first steps in the water and ensure safe play. The wellness area also offers saunas that will allow you to relax your body and mind, offering relaxation after a day full of excitement.
Regardless of whether you are looking for a moment of peace, regeneration after activities in the mountains or family fun in the water - our swimming pool area will meet all expectations. We invite you to take advantage of a unique place created with comfort and relaxation in mind!
relaxation and regeneration
Sauna area
After an active day on the Tatra trails or ski slopes, we invite you to our sauna zone, where you can relax and take care of your health. We have prepared three different saunas, so that everyone can find the perfect conditions for themselves. Regular use of the sauna has a positive effect on the body - it improves circulation, cleanses the skin and supports muscle regeneration.
Types of saunas available at Limba Resort:
Finnish sauna
A traditional sauna with a high temperature (60-120°C) and low humidity. A stay in it has a relaxing effect, improves the condition of the skin and supports the detoxification of the body. A session lasting about 20 minutes also allows you to burn from 300 to 400 kcal.
Steam sauna
More gentle on the body, characterized by high humidity (45-50%) and a temperature within the range of 50-65°C. Steam perfectly cleanses the skin, relieves rheumatic pain and supports the respiratory tract. This is an ideal option for people who value milder sauna conditions.
Wet sauna
The temperature in this sauna is maintained at 75-90°C, and the humidity does not exceed 40%. Steam is generated periodically by pouring water on hot stones, which creates a pleasant climate and improves blood circulation in the skin. The recommended bathing time in the wet sauna is a maximum of 15 minutes.
We invite you to use the sauna zone at Limba Resort - it is a great way to regenerate and relax in the unique atmosphere of the Tatras!
